We have launched a special program that considered the need of our participants, and the communities we are working with. This program is part of The Fanos Light Afterschool Program, and the launching took place March 27, 2025. We presented the program details with the parents, the students who participate and the community at the event organized on this day. This program will continue until June 2025 and we are all excited and looking forward to have all the participants. The participants were excited to be a part of the program and expressed their enthusiasm for the coming program which included items such as pointillism; I love reading, Word Search Game, movie time, drumming, baking, historic sports, quill pen writing and playtime.
The Fanos Light is excited to work in collaborating with organizations, and communities working with similar objective , which is providing support and learning opportunities for children and youth. We are working to providing resources, and support to Newcomers in Winnipeg as we seek to ensure that all participants and parents are able to benefit from our program by embracing the vision of the Fanos Light.
